The only possibility to run EZLink drivers for ASUS DisplayLink Monitors at now (I hope it will be some drivers for Linux Systems in the near future) is to install VirtualBox on your Ubuntu with WinXP and “Guest Additions” (http://apcmag.com/how_to_virtualize_xp_on_ubuntu.htm). Works great.

Can you help me getting the drivers of the VW223B monitor for windows XP 64bit? I only could find for XP 32bit or Vista 64bit and I couldn’t install.

Hi Frank – couple of points in reply:

1) I don’t think was posted as a ‘review’ rather it was more of an announcement
2) This was posted back in June, before we took over the IT Resource site

Having said that – I agree that just regurgitating press release material isn’t good enough. Since we bought the site, we are moving away from that and (as I’ve posted about recently) we are looking to expand IT Resource to include more features such as a forum and a proper directory so I hope that you’ll stick with us and notice the improvement.
